I have been freelancing since 2014 & blogging since 2011.

My decade-long journey boils down to one simple strategy I wish someone had told me when I started.

If you’re starting, follow this framework to be confident with your work, especially pricing.

Most freelancers who are just starting face this problem — A pathetic pay scale.

With this framework, you can find better clients who pay for the value you create, not the hours you put in.

When I started, Fiverr was one platform where buyers could find freelancers to do anything for $5. From writing articles to video editing, all for $5. That too, with a 20% cut from both buyers and sellers.

Now, things are very good. Freelancers can charge whatever they feel is right, even on Fiverr and Upwork.

However, I personally don’t like how these platforms exploit freelancers by charging fees for payments and subscription plans.

Without a subscription plan, you can barely get any gigs on Upwork.

I prefer cold outreach on LinkedIn & Twitter. I don’t have to pay any commission and can…
