Meal Planning Made Simple
Whether you’re working with clients one-on-one or running group programs, meal planning is a great way to offer your clients additional support on their health and wellness journey. Meal planning can mean different things to different practitioners, but the one thing that all meal planning has in common is that it’s time-consuming! …At least, it used to be. Thankfully, it doesn’t have to be anymore…
That Clean Life is making meal planning easy, efficient and more beautiful than ever!
How can meal planning help my clients?
Meal planning is a fantastic tool to support and inspire your clients. It allows you to create personalized recommendations when working with clients one-on-one and provide general guidelines for group programs or challenges.
The reality is that clients often don’t know where to start. They don’t know what they should be eating or in what combination. They not only need but want a visual guide to show them what they should eat. Telling your client to make a chia seed pudding for breakfast may sound easy to you, but to your clients it may just prompt a whole lot of questions marks. What is that? What will I need? How do I make it?
Give them confidence by equipping them with everything they need to implement these changes and succeed.
Here’s a gorgeous example of a delicious and filling Chia Pudding available in the That Clean Life recipe database for you to use with your clients.
And yes, it is as delicious as it looks! Yum!
Will it really save me time?
Yes! That Clean Life has created a database of recipes and ready-to-use meal plans, including a Sugar-Free Diet, Mediterranean Diet, Prenatal Diet, 21-Day Reset Program, Meal Prep Sunday Program and so much more!
Not only does each meal plan come with delicious, nutrient-dense recipes, gorgeous photos and a grocery list, they’re also 100% customizable! This means you can use one of their done-for-you Meal Plan Programs as-is or modify it to your needs. You can create and include new recipes and tweak preparation directions. And one of our perks is that you never have to fight with formatting again!
Look how easy it is to see how your meal plan is shaping up. You get a bird’s eye view of the recipes you’re using and the daily nutritional breakdown to make planning simple. It doesn’t get much easier than that!
Hit Export once you’re ready to share your meal plan and you’re done. Here’s an example of what you’ll get with your exported meal plans.
An overview of the meal plan.
You’ll see your whole meal plan laid out so clients know exactly what they’re eating everyday. Meals that are grayed indicate where clients can skip cooking and instead enjoy some delicious leftovers from the day(s) before.
Program prep guide.
The program prep guide helps your clients get ready to implement their meal plan, get themselves set for the day ahead and keeps them on track with Tasks and Notes for each day of the program.
A shopping list.
Clients can reference this super-organized and thorough grocery shopping list to know exactly what and how much of each ingredient they will need. This will save your clients A LOT of time as they will be able to make ONE shopping trip to get everything on their list.
Beautiful, inspiring recipes.
As we know, we first eat with our eyes. So why not get clients excited about what they’re going to be eating with gorgeous photos? Everything they need to know about each recipe is already included. They’ll get a breakdown of ingredients, prep time, servings, directions, notes and nutritional details (optional)! That’s a lot of valuable information in not a lot of time.
Sharing your meal plans with clients
Now that you’ve exported your meal plan, you can share it with clients right from your Practice Better account so that clients can view all your recommendations from one secure place.
1. Include your meal plan in your client’s Protocol.
When creating protocols for a client, you can include your meal plan as additional supporting documents. This is a great way to show clients exactly how they’ll incorporate the Food Recommendations you’ve made into real life.
2. Add your meal plan to a Protocol Template to use and reuse with many clients.
Just like you can add meal plans to a client- specific protocol, you can also add meal plans to Protocol Templates. Protocol Templates are great if you tend to work with clients with the same health concerns and find yourself making similar recommendations regularly. By adding your That Clean Life meal plan to a Protocol Template, your template is ready to tweak and share with clients in no time!
3. Create a folder in Documents for your meal plans.
Upload your exported meal plans (or recipes) to your Documents section. Organizing your Meal Plans into a designated folder makes sharing them with clients possible with just a few clicks.
4. Include your meal plans in your online Programs.
Not only can you run your online Programs and Challenges from Practice Better, you can easily incorporate meal plans right into your program content.
