2023 Google Pixel Tablet Could be the Push Android Tablets Always Wanted
The Pixel tablet would join Galaxy tablets next year to challenge the Apple’s hold on the tablet market
Google is back… to the tablet market! Google is not a newbie to the tablet market. The nexus tablets were fan favourites and Pixel C was a very capable Android tablet at that time. But instead of Android taking hold of the tablet market it went downhill from there as lack of innovation in Android for big-screen devices. Apple and iPads go the best use of that and have been dominating the tablet market in the last decade. Google tried to turn the tide with Pixel Slate, a tablet that runs ChromeOS rather than Android but fell flat with several aspects of that tablet going wrong. And it made Google officially announce that they are no longer producing any tablets in near future.
Now, they again have a change of heart. They have revealed that a new Pixel tablet is planned for 2023, in the latest Google I/O conference. Apart from that detail, Google did not reveal anything about the tablet other than the obvious fact that it would be powered by a newer version of the Tensor chip.
