2. Setting up data:
The next step is to train its AI models with your data. You can use your website to train its models.
The website could be your company website or support website. Then the bodt will use that data to answer queries from your customers.
Add Website:
Add your website URL or sitemap URL on this screen to get started. To retrieve all records from your website, click on āSave and fetch linksā.
Train Model:
This only shows the first 50 links on your website. You can choose to train more links once this completes the onboarding.
At this point in the process, the onboarding module will gather the first 50 links on your web page. To start training its AI models, please choose the links and click on āTrain Selectedā as shown below.
3. Go Live!
Your onboarding journey concludes with the integration of the widget into your website. In the screenshot below, you see the code to be inserted on your website.
You must copy and insert the code before the </body> tag on your website. This will show the chatbot on the website.
You can also share this code with your web developer, who can assist you in setting up this code on your website
