Simply put, non-fungible tokens (NFTs) are virtual tokens that cannot be duplicated. These NFTs hold properties that represent the particular characteristics of each one. When mirroring those properties on the Blockchain, we can create a second layer of the real world that is immutable and easier to exchange.

The most powerful advantage of Blockchain is to create connected decentralized global markets that enable digital objects to have unprecedented liquidity. As a result, NFT markets are likely to outperform many real-world physical economies, making Digital Assets tokens suitable to support a wide range of activities, especially those operating in the real world economy, such as housing, farming, mining, offices, retails and industries.

Blockchain ERC721 — Non-Fungible token technology for unique Digital Assets) — allows trading to be securely conducted from anywhere in the world. If assets and capital can be traded simply on the same interoperable infrastructure, the global liquidity of digital goods will increase more than ever. Further in the future, non-fungible tokens can form the basis for stable coins that are decentralized by being used as digital assets.

The Global Real Estate market will be impacted

As digital goods become more common and the blockchain game ecosystem matures, digital items, property ownership and sales documents will be more readily available on the blockchain. The global real estate market will want to access virtual land properties for sale as soon as possible, and these markets are likely to be of immense value.

As a result, digital items will be based not only on blockchain intrinsic advantages but also on their sales figures (number of transactions, web visibility, amount of information collected, sales records and more relevant data specific to the Real Estate), and this will lead to a significant increase in the value of the digital properties.

Sooner or later, these assets will be traded on traditional exchange platforms by institutional investors and include applications for managing the physical property assets they represent. When this time arrives, the Game is likely to be much more serious than expected…
