Can AI make teams more creative?
Before we begin I am here to reassure you this is not an AI-written blog nor am I trying to sell an AI product. This is a collection of insights based on a Stamford University Study and general research into how and if AI can help teams become more creative.
What we are beginning to see is the maturity of AI as it relates to creative work. We are going beyond “mindblowing” AI images popular on Twitter to a suite of tools that can provide teams with a richer creative experience. AI is finding its place in the creative fields, by helping teams with everything from ideation and problem-solving to the delivery of the work. The output of this work is going to get better as we the teams that use it become more skilled on how to get the most out of the tools.
AI needs more than one line of prompts to generate quality outputs (sorry to the hustlers on LinkedIn). To get the most from AI what I have discovered is that I need to understand how to maximise its value. As demonstrated in a Stamford University Study, where they partnered with two firms and about 60 employees. One team was given access to a suite of AI tools while the other did not.
