E-bikes are no longer just a novelty and they are here to change the world for good
Today, the push for sustainability seems to be gaining momentum. With traditional car manufacturers like Honda, Volvo, and even Toyota are also entering the electric car race, it is really hard to see most of the gasoline cars surviving after this decade.
Electric cars have made a huge case for themselves and almost everybody is dreaming of having an electric car for them in the future. The market leader Tesla keeps widening its product ranges with more affordable models entering the market in the last 2 years. All the other big car manufacturers now entering the battlefield to take a piece of the market that is heavily dominated by Tesla.
With due respect to the electric cars for what they have got to the table, electric bikes are the most interesting thing to happen concerning urban transportation. Electric cars help to reduce CO2 emissions and prevent global warming and so on but they don’t answer the question of un-ending traffic in the cities or the countless number of lost hours on the road. So, after all, the benefits of electric cars in cities have been somewhat shadowed due to those reasons.
