Wikifarmer is a Greek startup with the mission to transform agriculture by providing benefits towards a more sustainable future (Wikifarmer, n.d.), both to the producers and the consumers of the agricultural industry, which lies at the core of the food value chain and remains the number one employer worldwide (Allen, 2023).

United Nations (n.d.) highlight the importance of sustainable development through an agenda adopted by their member states which promotes the development of strategies to support 17 sustainable development goals (SDGs) that will end deprivations and bring prosperity.
