If you want to know how your attention is currently priced? how much it is worth? you could simply take the value of Facebook, Amazon, Netflix, and Google and their corresponding number of users and calculate the average price of attention by dividing the total market capitalization of these big tech companies by the total size of their userbase. You will get a dollar per person metric that is a fast approximation of how much the market is valuing your attention. Of course, this is just an approximation that could be made more insightful if you add startups like Twitter, snapshot, TikTok, and other last-born social media platforms that deal with the attention market. This market is not the same as the advertising market which is just a subset of it.

For my part, I think that my attention is worth more than this value and is inestimable like yours that you are providing me actually them I could use it with parsimony and serve you in the best possible way I can. Writing is this way so I am writing for you to read and maybe learn something that could help you leverage yourself and achieve the goal you are trying to achieve. If valuing a company is part of your goal I hope this short insight could help you make an innovative valuation model but you also can learn from this video below

conversation, Scott and NYU Stern colleague Aswath Damodaran

Valuing businesses like Galloway and Damodaran could be the title of a data-driven book from Book Dojo, a Book about all these new insights and valuation models that use innovative data and could leverage the power of machine learning for making an autonomous business valuation system.
