Your chronological age—that is the age shown on your driver’s license. It is only a figure.
But based on biology, your age is distinct. It gauges your body’s real performance relative to the typical person your age. Imagine two 50-year-olds as having the same chronological age; one may have the biology of a 40-year-old while another may be more like 60.
Well, because science isn’t flawless, I decided to test my biological age using five different approaches.

Biological age is, very simply, your body’s perceived age. It gauges the relative performance of your essential organs and systems to population norms. Consider your body as a car; depending on use and upkeep, two automobiles of the same year (chronological age) may be in somewhat different states.
