Stress is widespread nowadays as our jobs become so demanding. The Human resources department of any organization aims to get the most out of every employee while giving him the least amount of money.

I do not blame them for doing so; it is their job, but what is our job?

Our job is to take care of ourselves. Invest time, money, and effort in making our lives easier, happier, and more fulfilling.

How can we do this? Especially when it comes to stress.

How can we stay relaxed when we get stressed? How we can release it rapidly and effectively.

In this article, I will share some ideas that you can apply to stop being stressed and relieve it as soon as you get it.

First, what is stress?

Stress is muscle tension that happens in our bodies caused by physical and mental exhaustion.

It is so simple because we put so much pressure on our bodies and nervous systems through work and family commitments.
