- Save Money and Buy a house, under 300,000 in an area where people visit.
- After 2–3 years earn back the money you lost buying the house
- After you earn back the money you spent, it's all profit.
- Sit back, relax and collect your cash
Now this way of making money is very profitable but does require a lot of upfront cash.
What I suggest is selling the place you live now, buy a van, live in the van, buy a house and then travel the world making cash.
If you buy a house that is 200,00 and you rent it out for $200 dollars a night. Once you earn back your money you will be making around 40–73 THOUSAND a year depending on how many days you rent it out. And you can increase that price per night depending on where it is.
You can imagine how lucrative this can be, especially if you own multiple houses.
Even though money is not everything, it is something. And it is a part of our lives. If you want to travel the world, fund a start-up company, or just be lazy this can be one of the best options out there.
