No matter what you may think about Donald Trump and his way of doing things no one can doubt that he is a disruptor of the status quo.

One of my friends was a lawyer stationed in Iraq. He suffered PTSD there. He was then sent to Germany. His office was recently closed due to the DOGE cuts, and he must return to Washington. He is not receiving housing vouchers. He doesn’t know how he will survive. His daughter just lost her college scholarship due to the DOGE cuts. This is the reality.

Here are a few stories, quotes, actions, and analyses related to Mr. Trump and policies in the last week.

What do you think? Comment below.

The Constitution

— President Trump, when asked during an interview with NBC’s “Meet the Press with Kristen Welker” whether he needs to uphold the Constitution, three months after swearing an oath to do so stated “I don’t know!”

“They’re shredding the Constitution; it’s gone,” said Kimberly Wehle, a law professor at University of Baltimore Law School, a legal contributor for ABC News and author of the newsletter Simple Politics said. “He’s converting himself into a monarch with unlimited power.”
