Simplicity is the fuel that drives customer loyalty. It is also how the world's largest brands command a higher pricing point. Apple, Dyson, Amazon and Google are all doing it and you should too. They are applying one simple strategy.

Their products and everything associated with it such as their marketing and tone of voice are focused on simplicity.

Simplicity sells. Customers love it. As we will explore in this article, humans crave it and seek out simplicity to avoid complexity.

Simplicity is best defined as being easy to understand, use, clear, specific and actionable. It is where the confusion is low and intuition is high.
