The new Apple Watch Ultra is the Ultimate Beast

The latest model introduced by Apple — Apple Watch Ultra sets the bar very high for high tech watches. Not only it is sturdy but also has the potential of performing activities that were unknown to the watches till date.

It is just the perfect watch for anyone who has the spirit of an adventurer, an explorer, a person who wants to push the boundaries and venture into the demanding environment. The literal harsh and tough environment. Physically.

Plus what’s even more fascinating is that if long-pressed, the Action button can activate a siren which has the potential of emitting an 86-decibel sound pattern to attract help. It can be heard up to 600 feet or 180 metres away. Amazing!

To complement the rugged physical nature of the Ultra, here comes the Wayfinder face — specifically tailored for Apple Watch Ultra, it is the most technical watch face (of course, providing maximum utility) ever conjured. It is customisable for mountain, ocean or trail — wherever you are for your adventure. It features a time dial that can be switched to a live compass and has room for eight (eight!) complications. In low-light situations, the Digital Crown can be rotated to activate Night Mode and the watch face turns a vivid red to make reading the watch face absolutely painless.

With the three-microphone array, the microphone in Apple watch just got way way better. Even in the windiest environments, it works flawless — an adaptive algorithm picks the best microphone for audio. Machine learning filters noise for optimal voice clarity. This isn’t all, for maximum productivity, the cellular is a built-in feature in every Ultra. Remember, all this better audio talk is happening for a wrist watch.

Apple Watch Ultra might be become one of the essential tools for divers in time to come. It is deal for snorkelling or any casual underwater activity. The Depth Gauge provides REAL-TIME measurement of underwater depth down to 40 metres, along with water temperature readings. You can see the time, current depth, water temperature, duration under water and maximum depth you’ve reached. It can even activate automatically when you submerge.(Umm, is this a watch?)

Battery life? No worries at all!

Well, all the above mentioned features wouldn’t be of much use and pleasure if there’s no good battery life to support it. Indeed, you want the watch to spend maximum time on your wrist and not the charger! So…(drumroll in the background) the Apple Watch Ultra comes with the unmatchable 36 hours battery life of normal use and impressive 60 hours battery life (S-I-X-T-Y !) on low power settings. Yes, you heard it right, Ultra comes with a Low-Power mode as well. Amazing.

Not done yet,… let’s talk about Watchbands

The Alpine Band — For the mountainous spirits. It integrates the two layers of the band without any stitching and the titanium hook fits perfectly providing the perfect tightness.

You can concentrate on the route in front of you or behind you by swiftly dropping a Compass Waypoint at your location or starting Backtrack with just one click of the Action button.
