An open plea to fellow men, let us make women's day great again!
To all the men (and non women),
This #womensday let take a vow and make this world a better place.
Let her be, whatever she please to be!
Let her be, whatever she please to be!, whatever she pleases to be!
In the shadows of a world of men, Women struggle to break free again, From chains that bind and hold them down, From cruel oppressions that abound.
They’re told what to wear and how to act, Their voices silenced, their dreams attacked, For centuries they’ve been kept in check, Their power and potential a subject of neglect.
But now the winds of change are blowing strong, The tide of injustice cannot last for long, Women are rising, their spirits unbound, Their courage and resilience the world astound.
They should be free to do as they please, To climb every mountain and sail every sea, To pursue their passions, their talents explore, To break down every barrier and open every door.
Their voices should be heard loud and clear, Their dreams and aspirations held dear, For when women are free to thrive and grow, The world becomes a brighter place to know.
So let us join together, hand in hand, And build a world that’s truly grand, Where women are equal, where justice reigns, And oppression of any kind is forever slain.
