In the state of California, it doesn’t matter whether or not you believe that global warming is the cause of extreme and excessive heat conditions, resulting in the long term droughts we’ve been seeing.

The indisputable fact still remains, that the weather is hotter, and dryer, and “fire season” is lasting longer and longer.

Residents who reside in places like Wildomar, are well aware of that fact. Wildomar is where my sister is currently living, near Lake Elsinor California, the place where they have been having some horrendous fires lately.

The massive Airport Fire that began burning in that area this past September, managed to scorch thousands of acres.

Also among the largest California wildfires this year, is the Bridge Fire, which ignited in the Angeles National Forest, an area just 31 miles east of downtown Los Angeles.

Recent wildfires have been blamed on spreading, for reasons that include arson, as well as uncharacteristic weather conditions.
