As we embrace the excitement of the beginning of a new year, it is essential to look back and acknowledge what the community and developers of PredictX had accomplished in 2021. The milestones achieved built a successful foundation with a talented community and solid partnerships so that we are fully prepared to welcome the delightful surprises coming in 2022.
Last year, we completed successful events with the community, ensured the security of our native token, gained new partnerships, and launched our beta test. Now, let’s take a look at the recap of 2021 and dive into more details!
Product Introduction: A Preview of the PredictX Product
The PredictX product offers live, AMM-based prediction markets that are optimized through DeFi, where users can trade and earn on the outcomes of real-world events. PredictX allows you to make live trades on future events, invest in different liquidity pools, and even vote on future events to predict.
PredictX Amps Up Cybersecurity & Token Transparency
We have taken major strides to amp up our cybersecurity measures and increase transparency across the board. Our first course of action was to work alongside an external security auditing firm to serve as an extra set of eyes for all of our smart contracts, providing an extra layer of security for us and our user base. Additionally, In order to maintain the transparency of the PRED token and ensure the security of our protocol, we published the multi-signature address of the native token:

PredictX Integrates Chainlink Data Feeds to Help Secure Prediction Markets
PredictX uses Chainlink Data Feeds on Binance Smart Chain (BSC) to provide its prediction market liquidity pools with high-quality data around various crypto assets such as BTC and ETH. We will shortly expand the integration to settle prediction markets based on real-world data from Chainlink, potentially around sports, elections, or pop culture events.
The PredictX Public Beta Test Launch Went Live
The PredictX Public Beta Test went live Tuesday, Dec 14th. We tested some of our latest features and changes to the PredictX platform. Each participant has completed product tasks on the prediction markets DeFi platform, with PRED tokens and other incentives as rewards.
