Become Part Of A Compilation Series
If you are a Trance music producer and want to become part of a new to launch mix compilation series, this is your chance. The ‘SoundTourism’ series will kick off this year, and focuses around music. Whether you are a big name, an up-and-coming producer or a Trance producer from the past considering a return, it doesn’t matter to us. Everyone will have an equal shot at being included based on the music you offer.
About SoundTourism
The thought behind the SoundTourism series is to focus around a journey. To tell a story with tracks in the mix. One of the main inspirations to launch this compilation is the In Search of Sunrise series, especially the ones mixed by Tiësto. In Search of Sunrise always was a unity, the unique flow of the mixes made it a one of a kind experience. Moving from progressive to melodic and more uptempo Trance tracks, the compilations had an appeal from start to finish.
With SoundTourism, producer and DJ Marco Svarda wants to create a similar experience. where the music tells the story, regardless of who made the track. Tracks selected for the SoundTourism series will be judged on flow, originality and creativity. SoundTourism will not serve the latest banging uplifting, but mainly aims to offer a nice flowing mix of spacious and melodic pieces of music.
Be Part Of It
We are currently compiling the long list to select for the mixes. If you are producer, and have a chance to be included on a compilation, as well as being signed to Premier League Recordings, be sure to send us a demo. Below you’ll find some examples of what we look for, and some explanation on the conditions mentioned on social media. Does this mean that uplifting and other subgenres are out of the picture? No, of course not. If it’s original and fits the mix we will consider it. But your chances will increase if you have something along the lines of the tracks below, or with the In Search of Sunrise feel to it.

Terms To Increase Your Chances
Make sure that your track:
- Doesn’t contain any copyrighted material
- Isn’t based on a bought producer template
- Has a bit of a laidback / summer feel (think In Search of Sunrise)
- Is available, and not on offer to multiple labels
- Is original. try to be different.
We mainly search for tracks with a throwback feel. This doesn’t mean they should sound old. But we look for the classic builds and structures, a lot of melody, large breakdowns, long builds etc. The compilation needs to be an experience from beginning to end, so we don’t look for the next dancefloor burner. Do you want to challenge yourself and try something different? Or are you a trance producer who doesn’t get your work signed anymore, while you still have awesome tracks lying around? Try us. Easy, drop us an email with a private (download) link to your demo on talent.scout@premierleaguerecordings.com. Put ‘SoundTourism Demo’ in the subject line. Deadline to submit is March the 1st 2021!
