I’m a psychotherapist who has worked with many clients across many presenting issues, including but not limited to:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Trauma
  • Workplace stress
  • Chronic pain
  • Grief

There is always an ever-revolving door when it comes to best practices, modalities, and norms in therapy — what was the gold standard one year becomes somewhat unhelpful for certain clients in the years that follow.

Thus, the trek continues to find the right patchwork of strategies, insights, frameworks, and lived experiences to tackle increasingly complex topics. I am constantly on my toes, trying to incorporate another piece of literature, tidbit, or morsel of knowledge.

I want to do my job well — and while I am far from perfect, I want to help as many people as possible.
