Press Release: Africa Impact Investing Leaders Forum 2018
London. 11.10.2018 — Globally, US$ 228 billion are in impact investment Assets under Management, with the African continent receiving only 15% of the impact investment AuM, research by the Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN) has shown. Amongst other things, how to raise this percentage will be discussed at this year’s edition of the Africa Impact Investing Leaders Forum. The 3rd edition of the AIILF will be held at Room on Regent’s Park, London on the 25th of October.
The main topics to discuss are how impact can be scaled and managed across various sectors, stakeholders’ priorities, and issues that will drive growth and achieve sustainable development in Africa.
Additionally, African companies attending will gain valuable insights from investors and other leading industry players on how and where they can find impact deals, the approach in determining appropriate investments, how companies can successfully measure their impact.
