I’m a curious person who asks a lot of questions. While I was training in my last job, I remember asking a colleague about a certain process that seemed broken. She told me (loudly and firmly), “that’s just the way it’s always been done.” I’ve learned a lot about myself since leaving that job and recently sat down with NIU BODY to talk a bit about why I now stay away from anyone who avoids change.
