PRESSED PODCAST

A couple weeks ago, we launched the Pressed Podcast, a 10-minute (usually less) podcast about the news you need to know to start your day. It’s just weekly, for now; it comes out every Monday morning. The idea is that we’ll update you on the news you missed over the weekend because you were busy brunching and netflixing.

This was a really important next step for us. We want Pressed to be the trusted digital media company you turn to when you need to make sense of the world and everything happening within it. By integrating world issues into everyday life, the hope is that you will have the knowledge to speak intelligently about trending topics; that you’ll be the one in the room who sees the world differently and can explain why.

In short: Pressed is not an email newsletter company (though the email isn’t going anywhere). We want to keep you informed about world issues whether that’s through an email, podcast, or text. Heck, we’d transfer the news to you telepathically if we could find a way!

A news podcast — short, conversational, and with context — seemed like the perfect next step. Sometimes you might want to chill with a coffee and read the newsletter. But sometimes you might be running out the door to make it to a 9 am meeting. We get it. We want to give you options.

We hope you’ll check out the podcast and make it a part of your weekly (soon-to-be daily) routine. You can find it on iTunes, Google Play, Stitcher, and TuneIn.
