Hah! Thank you Henry for your insights! You made me realise that I’ve always used the wrong word when I was explaining the merits of Pretotyping.
For a large company innovation “efficiency” is really about being able to test as many ideas as possible with the same investment, i. e. leverage their innovation effort.
