If you are charged with getting innovation going, start by using innovation techniques and processes to figure out your implementation plan. - Susan Weinschenk Ph.D.

Yes! That’s my mission since when I became Pretotyping Agitator: to change the way companies innovate and improve their innovation success rate. The most forward-looking leaders in FMCG and Retail are already using Pretotypes to learn early-on what their customers really want and how to fine-tune the innovation to their customers needs.

I really admire these leaders.

It’s no mean feat to put your career at stake by challenging and changing “the way we do things around here.” Should anything go wrong, blame would be on them. Yet they realise that the old way has come close to its end. They realise they must innovate their new product development process.

  • Because 80% failure rate is too high.
  • Because wasting the company’s money feels wrong.
  • Because if you don’t do it now some competitor will do it shortly.
  • Because they want to serve customers as much as their company.
  • Because the time is ripe.
  • Because they are Heroes!

Long Live the Heroes Who Innovate Innovation!
