On November 30, 2018, rapper Earl Sweatshirt released an album called “Some Rap Songs.” Earl Sweatshirt is best known for singles like “Chum,” from his 2013 album “Doris,” and for being a member of the rap group Odd Future, which reps an iconic donut logo.

This album has 15 songs, only three of which include features from other artists. This album is different from his previous two. Clayton Purdom of the AV Club says this newest album “aims higher and makes you work harder.”

This album will take fans on a relaxing journey they’re sure to enjoy. It will definitely be an album to grow with throughout the new year.

Here are three songs you should check out, with a noteworthy line from each.

Ontheway!

“All praises due, the juice unattainable, like Tang in the booth.”

Eclipse

“Say goodbye to my openness, total eclipse.”

Azucar

“No sense in looking in the sky, trace elements meddle with minds.”
