How do you feel about california becoming three states?
Prop 9 is a law to make California into three states but was removed from the ballot by order of the California Supreme Court. The court said the questions over the validity of Prop 9 had been raised and concluded.
Eastside student Samantha Valencia says “ I feel that our state of California is fine the way it is and they don’t need to make unnecessary changes.” Changes to California can affect the life of many living in California.
Eastside side student Jaisyn Proby says “ I think it would be great if California was divided into three states because of how popular and largely iconic it is to many other countries and states and i don't see any problem or downside to separating the state.” This is way some people think it’s a good idea that California should be three different states
