Singh Drops New Songs On Her SoundCloud

April Fools. Obviously.

Miss Singh doesn’t have a SoundCloud, but she is an English, AVID, and yearbook teacher here at Eastside High School. In addition to teaching, she’s coached for the dance team, the girl’s soccer team, and the girl’s softball team. Plus she’s the senior class adviser for EHS. What can’t she do?

Miss Singh has been working here for six years now and is well-known around campus by plenty of students as “the fun teacher.” She’s goofy and likes to joke around, but she does have limits and boundaries.

“Miss Singh is a kind teacher that makes learning fun,” says sophomore Delia Bocanegra. “Even though she is a fun teacher, she is also very strict as well and has high expectations for her students.”

“What I like about Miss Singh is that she is not judgmental,” says EHS alumni Alayzia Alexander. “Other students, as well as myself, feel comfortable talking to Miss Singh about problems aside from school.”

“I liked being in her English class,” continues Alayzia. “She actually taught us and had the students interact with each other a lot with group work.”

So how does Miss Singh keep up such a great relationship with her students? We asked her, and she says the answer lies in respect.

“I get blessed with the best students every year,” she says. “They are all totally respectful towards me so I think it’s important to give that respect back.”
