Bush is a grunge band that was formed in 1994 and is still making music till this day. They had named the band Bush because the members used to live near “Shepherds Bush” in London. They are known for their immediate success with their album Sixteen Stone, and are described as “the most successful and shameless mimics of Nirvana’s music,” says Matt Diehl of Rolling Stone.

Bush went on to become one of the most successful rock bands in the 1990s selling over 10 million records in the United States and 20 million worldwide. Through the years, the band had broken up in 2002 but reformed in 2010, and have released three albums since. During the breakup, front leader Gavin Rossdale went on to release the album Distort Yourself with his band at the time called Institute.

After about six months of promotion for Sixteen Stone, the album began to sell well, once “Comedown” and “Glycerine” struck America. Additionally, “Little Things” and “Machinehead” both charted well in North America. Bush is currently touring worldwide and doing VIP meet and greets.
