“Craft Enthusiast”- Seema Mishra
Here we begin to keep introducing to you “Craft Enthusiast of the Week” ………”Ms. Seema Misra” a mother to a 9-year-old who loves to explore as many horizons of creating beautiful things.
This is what Ms. Seema shares about her journey in pursuing her passion all together taking care of everything around her!
I am a proud mother and crafter with a thirst for all things creative. I say this because as far as I remember I have loved watching and learning anything and everything being created… there’s just something about the various process and changes that happen in those processes that attracts me. Apart from that my home was a major influence as all ladies in our house were always making something or the other which was amazing.
My personal journey into crafting started in childhood but I started to explore more about 5 years back in 2011 and have grown since, however I got into blogging and YouTube channel in March 2016 and I love to share my crafts and let others explore the same. I am majorly doing card making, mixed media and I love to epicycle and recycle things.
Her Inspiration:
Everything and everyone inspires me especially my mom as she is still very enthusiastic about learning new things and exploring further into this wonderful world. I am always inspired to learn something new every day, besides there are so many talented crafters and artists whom I keep meeting and they all inspire me!!
Her Most Favourites:
Honestly everything I create is with my heart and so it’s very difficult to choose but I have a piece that is super special in my heart as it was a huge challenge for and when I could achieve it, it was exhilarating. It was a 100 % quilled Ganesha Idol that was 12” x 20” size.
Future Plans:
I plan to keep growing and learning new things and combining various arts together to keep experimenting and contributing in any way I can to the growth of our industry.
