Breakthrough Science Primer: Carbon Capture
With new advances in carbon capture technologies and the passage of the Inflation Reduction Act, which made critical changes to the 45Q tax credit to incentive carbon capture and storage, Prime Movers Lab believes we’ll see significant commercialization of carbon capture technologies over the next 10 years. These technologies are not only reducing CO2 emissions from industrial processes, making them more carbon neutral, but they are also removing CO2 directly from the air, acting as a negative emissions technology (NET).
To help you better understand all of these changes and where we see carbon capture technology headed, we’ve assembled some of our favorite blog posts, predictions from Prime Movers Lab’s Breakthrough Science Roadmap, white papers, and webinars.
