10. Review of workshop plans
Let’s get you ready
In this session our class will divide into two groups. You and your group will get to attend both sessions.
Session A
Please bring the draft of your detailed facilitation plans so that we can review them. Make sure each activity is described and timed and that you have a good felt sense of the flow.
By the end of this session you will have presented your plan and received feedback on how to tweak it.
Session B
Let’s talk about and work through possible difficulties you might meet as you facilitate. Together we’ll come up with scenarios you anticipate and the use role play and group conversation to find strategies to work through them.
We only have 40 minutes for each session which is not a lot of time. If we decide we need more time to practice, we hope to find more time outside class to do so.
