Designing a Funnel

We had previously used anything from a tiny PLA printed funnel to a paper funnel as a hopper, but the final system deserved something streamlined and effective.
The hole in the barrel needed to be as large as possible in order to minimize clogging, so we drilled the hole in the barrel before designing and printing this hopper.
Designed a hopper to go with our barrel assembly CAD. Hopper is designed with a .75” base to fit into the barrel snugly and extends out to about 2”, making it much larger than our previous hopper and hopefully allowing for better, more consistent extrusion. Currently printing the hopper out of ABS using the Stratasys printers.
