Printex (PRTX) is the first cryptocurrency dedicated to the printing industry.

It creates an ecosystem to simplify and provide more disclosure about printing transactions while allowing the general public to use a cryptocurrency in the real world.

To meet this demand, Printex makes two platforms available to the general public:

For textile:
The beta version is available here: https://textile.printex.tech
(official launch: end of September 2018)
For 3D printing:
Available during the first quarter of 2019.

Now let’s see together the report of the previous month.

Progress Report — From 17th July to the 17th August -

1- Printex swap is done and over. 1 month after, here is the result:

- Our team forked and swapped to get more stability. We chose Quark algorithm, which is a more stable and secure provider to increase the max supply (from 19 to 55M), we reduced the emissions of coins per day and we cut out more premine (475,000 like before)

We prepared a simple 2 step system so our community can easily and quickly swap their coins.

- The swap started on the 17h July and more than 98% of the users where involved with it.

They all successfully got their coins in the next 48 hours following their request, or even faster. (For user who sent their request in the time limit)

The swap occurred successfully. Each user got their coin and they enjoyed the simplicity and the swiftness of our swap.

2- Beta release and big feature in progress:

After the swap, we have introduced our 1st beta platform to the community and to the public: Printex Textile; we received some feedback and therefore we improved some features and we fixed some bugs.

We have disclosed the next feature: Vendor Market place.

Each user will be able to create their own shop and to sell their creations (T-shirt, mug, cover, sweat). The seller doesn’t need to deliver the product directly to the customer, Printex is taking care of everything: The printing, the shipping and the safety of the transaction. The seller will get a commission on each sale.

This new important feature will be ready in the next some day.

Detailed summary:

Addition of a space dedicated to shop market place where each user can create their own unique shop and sell their own creations.
Back office to allow each seller to follow their sales, organize their products (description, price, etc.), check the commissions they earned and customize their shop (colour, banner)
Customize the URL : user.printex.tech or white label : textile.youwebsite.com
Creation of sign in page for the sellers
Addition of management features for the seller and for their orders in the admin area.

3- New Exchange and Listing

In order for Printex to get more exposure to the public and new investors, we started several marketing actions and we added new exchanges.

4- We have hired:

Our team will get bigger very soon.

5- New partnership in real:

We are in contact with 2 textile printing companies so we can provide a faster and bigger delivery if the demand skyrocks at the end of September, when we will officially launch Printex textile. We are currently working on an agreement to set up a contract and an achievable arrangement in the long run.

6- Bountie:

2 Bounties have been successfully launched and are still active. If you want to earn a few Printex, it’s time to do it right now. Follow us on Discord for further information.

7- Support :

With our Head Support Boumba manages the different help requests very well. Very reactive, some people from the community who are ready to help assist us in this task.

On average the community finds an answer to these questions very quickly. Normally in less than an hour in general to find assistance.

One community member as well as one of our helpers have provided scripts for installation of masternodes on multiple ports.

Simply copy and paste this simple command to install 3–4 masternodes on a single VPS. This script incorporates a bootstrap and makes sure that the masternode is not installed as a root user for security.
