Priority’s General Counsel, Chris Prince, honored with the Black College Football Hall of Fame 2017 Founders Award

Chris Prince, Priority’s General Counsel, was honored this past Saturday at the eighth annual Black College Football Hall of Fame with the 2017 Founders Award. This award was established to recognize individuals who have provided long standing support and a commitment to preserving the legacy and vision of the Black College Football Hall of Fame.

The Black College Football Hall of Fame was formed by two African-American National Football League quarterback pioneers, James “Shack” Harris and Doug Williams in 2009. Priority Payment Systems has been a long standing sponsor and avid supporter of the event and its mission. We are thrilled to have Chris’ accomplishments recognized along with our President & CEO, John V. Priore, who received the 2013 Founders Award.

This year’s enshrinement ceremony was held at the College Football Hall of Fame in Atlanta on February 25, 2017 in conjunction with black history month. Six individuals were inducted into the hall of fame. For more information on the event and this year’s inductees, please visit:
