[Mac] Issues when using PRISM Live Studio on macOS 14.1
Hello! This is the PRISM Live Studio team.
We would like to inform you that when using PRISM Live Studio on macOS 14.1, some issues may occur.
- Dragging dock windows may not work.
This issue occurs in macOS 14.1 and can be resolved by updating to 14.1.1. If this issue occurs, please click the ‘Reset Dock’ button in the dock menu.
If this issue occurs while you have added a custom browser dock and causes inconvenience in use, please uncheck the dock in the dock menu.
We ask for your understanding as we are reviewing a solution to this issue.
2. Virtual camera may not be exposed in other programs
The virtual camera component in PRISM Live Studio (MAC) 1.0.1 and earlier is not compatible with macOS 14 (“Sonoma”). The PRISM Live Studio virtual camera may not be displayed in third APPs. We plan to fix this problems in the PRISM Live Studio(MAC)1.1.0. but until then you may not be able to use this feature unless you’re using macOS 13(“Ventura”).
