One moment in time remembered — a poem

In dreams I remember your eyes:
grey as St. Vitus.
From one dark touch I knew:
the moment beguiled us.
Your eyes of rough grey stone:
shone through the shadows.
From Castle down to the bridge:
walking in silence.
Down down to the river we walked:
our pace ever faster.
In the darkness you knelt:
eyes, silver, turned upward.
The water flowed slowly like…
