After a momentary pause, Keryth sprang into action, using hand signals to tell his techs to complete securing the Grand Council aides, while he made his way back toward the observation port. “When is the next supply ship due?”

“Not for another week, Commander.”

“Are subspace communications still online?”

“Yes, Commander.”

“Send a message to the supply ship and tell them what’s happened and that we’re abandoning the Wah’kah’ria. Also send a message to the Leadership Conclave and request they send another ship, along with both repair and recovery equipment. Also, have someone send me a schematic of the ship with the damaged sections highlighted and the best route to the shuttles from the observation lounge. As for the rest of the crew, replicate atmosphere suits to get through any sections that have lost too much air and meet us in the shuttle bay.”

A security tech approached Keryth. “Commander, we found two more triggers on those Medellans. We managed to secure them before they could be activated.”
