When their ancestors ventured away from their home planet of Earth, their first colonies were set up within Earth’s solar system. They first settled the moon orbiting their planet, then a neighboring planet named Mars. As their technology continued to advance, they set their sights on a planet in a neighboring solar system called Proxima Centauri.
