Competitors
If you following our project, you suppose to know that we have some “competitors.” Needless to say, that we pay attention and analyzing their work. Despite this fact, we will not publish our internal researches about the current state of competitors products, due to a possible conflict of interest.
But, because many people ask us and show examples of some solutions, we should answer.
We consider as competitors only project which is focusing on bandwidth p2p solutions relying on the blockchain. Fully decentralized, open source and transparent. Many projects declared it, but, basically, they are building 90% centralized VPN’s just to deliver something workable.
As you know, our separate unit is running centralized VPN Privatix.com. For us, it’s a matter of one month to deliver p2p VPN in months, just by building a node with centralized DB and some abstract connection to Blockchain. We may call it dVPN or whether the name you want, but it is not changing the facts.
Every community needs to understand, that there is a code behind every word written. When the project is claiming Decentralized P2P VPN on Blockchain — it needs to be written in code. We hope to see real competition in our field; unfortunately — it’s not happening now.
