Doing all of my research and reading about the subject of Procrastination I have found a very common theme amongst all of the articles. All of articles talk about making sure to limit your time on social media and technology. So what it you completely got rid of all of the distractions from your life and devoted your time into all of your productive task?

Straight A’s? Nothing. Great athlete? Give it some time. Whatever you wanted to pursue if you were able push aside all of your distractions and focused completely on the task at hand you would have the ability to master or complete nearly anything that requires practice or dedication. My reasoning for this statement comes from all of my articles I have begun to read about procrastination as well as personal experience. As a student if you made sure to put your homework and studying before other activities like hanging out with your friends or playing games you could being to achieve great academic success. The amount of time people lose nowadays due to pointless scrolling through social media could amount to weeks of your life taken away overtime. Without all of the distractions it would allow people to really focus on what they want to accomplish and would keep people from wasting there time. Although distractions cause a lot of problems they are a necessary part of life and prevent moods that come from constant working such as depression. Hanging out with friends and enjoying life is just as necessary as it is to be successful in whatever you want to pursue. With no distractions task would be no obstacle but you need to make sure to enjoy your life before anything else.
