Is it nothing to you all ye that pass by?

An incredibly busy city:

The capacity is of people with places to be.

Jobs. Classes. Projects.

Meetings. Appointments. Tasks.

Daily, hundreds will drive down this street, LaSalle Blvd:

Many will opt to take LaSalle’s sidewalk instead:

Whether on foot or on wheels, they’ll each pass by here

And each will be asked this question…

Is it nothing to you all ye that pass by?

Too busy to see the question?
Too much of a rush to ponder the depth?
Too distracted to focus?
Too familiar to consider? Is it nothing to you all ye that pass by?

Be willing to stop walking.
Pull the car over.
Invest the time to think.
Sacrifice the moments to ponder.

Not for a well crafted answer.
Not for an eloquent exhortation.
For genuineness. For nakedness.
For confession. For ranting.
For hope. For healing.

Stop.
Answer.

Is it nothing to you all ye that pass by?
