How to Evaluate Startup Ideas

- First of all, let’s delete the ideas that are irrelevant. If an idea is nice to have but doesn’t help to solve any real problem, go and DELETE that one.
- If a pain has a high magnitude together with high frequency, move it to the TOP. (e.g. Uber)
- If a pain just has a high magnitude, move it to the MIDDLE. (e.g. Insurance)
- If a pain just has a high frequency move it to the BOTTOM. (e.g. Yelp)
