A persona is a fictional character that represents a subset of the market you want to address. Personas should help us develop sympathy for our users and customers. They encourage us to embrace a user-centric approach.
- Find a picture from Google which describes your persona clearly.
- Use an adjective with the name. Fast Mary, Budget CFO
- Do not create more than 3 personas and make one of them as your primary.
