About the artist
Lauri Lohi, is 27-years-old, amateur fine art nature and landscape photographer based in Hämeenlinna, Southern Finland.
He passionately loves and enjoys the nature and endless beauty of it. Capturing the unique atmospheric moments with a camera and showing them through his imagination.
His favorite subject is without any doubt Fairy Finnish Landscapes, mysterious forests, quiet snowy mountains, amazing aurora borealis and many Finnish treasures.
Enough to make you dream of traveling to Finland and get the chance to see that with your own eyes….In the meantime, let’s just admire Lauri’s work :-)

For Landscapes photographers, Lauri’s photography gear is composed of a Canon EOS 6D with Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 Macro IS USM and Canon EF 17–40mm f/4 USM. Lauri is also NiSi filters contract photographer and NiSi filters official ambassador since February 2016.
For post production, Lauri uses Adobe Lightroom 6.0 and Adobe Photoshop CC

Lauri gets a great number of images published and featured worldwide in numerous photography magazines like Practical Photography Magazine, Digital Photography Magazine, Photography Masterclass, Kamera-Lehti, Digikuva among them…
He had two photo exhibitions in Finland last year, the first one at Aulangon Tornikahvila, Aulanko, Hämeenlinna on summer-autumn 2016 and the second one at Runonkulman galleria, Uusikaupunki, in December 2016.
