We’re still negative, thanks for your concern. But for anyone asking what our year was like, let us be honest. The hardest part for us in 2021 is riding on negative waves — Covid, tougher Covid, team members leaving, business changing,… — to keep ourselves strongly positive and lifted.

#01: Old folks leave — Youngbloods join

Since our first set-up three years ago, it’s all thanks to the wonderful, talented, and experienced members that we could build up such an amazing institute from scratch. Our team at One Mount has gained a reputation as a place for every potential seed in the Vietnamese product and UX industry to learn and grow. Yet, every journey has an end, and we, along with our adventurous former co-workers, would never stop discovering any new opportunities and new challenges. Saying goodbye to the old folks was hard, but we felt happy knowing that they would always cherish their knowledge and skills nurtured here at One Mount, and spread them to others.
