In 2022, we kicked off the second cohort of Product Tonic Lab (PTL) (read notes on the overall experience). We also held our 5th unconference raising 9 topics, face to face social nights with The Product Loft, lunch time virtual sessions around the theme of Navigating “Product Leadership” and a first collaboration with Singapore Next Level Facilitator Group around the topic of “Opening Space for Sustainability”.

The various efforts around PTL and the unconference continue to help fund-raise for Baan Dada’s education fund as we dive into the mission of connecting 3 circles of work for:

  • junior product professionals asking “what can help sharpen my skills?”
  • senior product professionals asking “what is next for me?”
  • societal problems “that need dialogue and co-generative action”.

As the main steward for the community over the last decade, this will be my last year as a host. Majority of my efforts this year will be working with various capable community organisers to think of the larger programs of work and conversations needed to contribute towards life long learning via communities of practices, social causes and world/local issues.

For 2023, please use the dates below to plan for your personal development journey [subject to changes depending on volunteers time/commitments]

See you around the sessions!

Cheers
Michael

p.s A huge thank you to all the hosts, scribes and guardians who stepped up this year and made it honestly one of the better years to hold space for so many individuals to learn together. Special shout out to Walk with Me for bringing us out into nature!
