Reliance Industries, YES Bank, LIC Housing Finance and Biocon will be among the high profile companies that will announce their financial results on Thursday. Others including Aro Granite, DB Corp, Foseco India, Gulf Oil Lubricants, Hester Biosciences, Kajaria Ceramics, Mafatlal Finance, Nocil, Nucleus Software Exports, Pneumatic Holdings, Praj Industries, SQS India BFSI, Syngene International and Tanla Solutions will also announce their July-September results.

Reliance Industries Ltd ended at Rs 1086.95, up by Rs 7.65 or 0.71% from its previous closing of Rs 1079.3 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs 1083.15 and touched a high and low of Rs 1094.5 and Rs 1081.4 respectively. A total of 2800880(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. Suzlon Energy
Shares of Suzlon energy rose 4.4 percent to Rs 15 after it signed a share subscription and shareholder’s agreement with Unisun Private Ltd. and Vayudoot Solarfarm. Unisun will acquire 49 percent of Vayudoot’s stake for Rs 13.5, currently a wholly-owned subsidiary of Suzlon. The remaining 51 percent will be sold only after the solar plant becomes operational, according to the company’s exchange filing.
The company signed a share subscription and shareholders agreement with Canadian Solar Energy Holding Singapore and Amun Solarfarms and Avighna farms, for a similar arrangement.
NBCC India
Shares of the navratna organisation fell 3.2 percent to Rs 245 after it announced the floor price for its Rs 2,000 crore offer for sale issue at Rs 246.5 apiece.
The floor price was at a discount to NBCC’s closing price of Rs 253 on the BSE yesterday.
