Make the boss look good without making yourself invisible

A boss is the most important person in a company. He is responsible for managing the whole company. He has to lead and inspire his employees. Our responsibility as an employee is definitely to give him all the respect he deserves. But that does not mean making yourself invisible. The key is to make sure he and others recognize your contribution to the company. For example, let’s say your boss gets a promotion. Now his seat may either be vacant for you or he might take you with him to a new department if he considers you an asset to the company and his career. But the main point is expose your talents. Have the courage to achieve new things in life. Always be visible and ready to pitch in when needed. Take pride in your accomplishments and don’t hide your talents.
