New release: ScandiPWA 2.4.4.
Just a few days after launching the biggest eCommerce PWA on Magento, ScandiPWA team released another update of the open-source theme!
Here’s what’s inside the latest release:
Support for Magento 2.3.3
Happy to inform that now ScandiPWA theme is compatible with the latest Magento version. This was one of the most anticipated updates!

1. Support for drop-down attribute type (not swatch)

2. Newsletter subscription

ScandiPWA theme is now supporting Customer Reviews feature.

Recommended products
It is now possible to display the recommended products in cart:
Bug fixes
As usual, every release comes out not only with new features, but also with several bug fixes:
- Ability to enable and disable menu items: #367
- Ability to upload logo: #355
- Fixed CMS page links in menu: #348
- Simple product add to cart fix: #342
- Slider image path fix: #341
- Fix for meta-keywords on category page: #338
- Fix for grand-total calculation in checkout (shipping related): #336
- Cleaned translation files
- After checkout the cart is now immediately reset
- Overlays are preventing scroll on mobile
Internal changes
- ProductConfigurableAttributes is now separate for category page and product page — the separation was made, so drop-down can be rendered differently — on product page — as select, on category — as checkbox list.
- Logo component is now separate — can be included when needed to display a logo
